I'm getting intermittent grayed out play and stop buttons in slide view (see attached image). It happens on multiple slides and at random times. I've repaired (uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled) Storyline 360.
Thank you for sharing a screenshot with us! I can see the Play and Stop buttons are grayed out in Slide View. I haven't run into this issue on my end in Storyline 360 (Build 3.50.24668.0), so I'm interested to hear where this snag occurs!
Are you finding this only happens with new projects or projects that were created in PowerPoint? Additionally, have you tried hiding different objects on the timeline to see if one of the objects contributes to the grayed-out Play and Stop button?
