We are using a our storyline 360 course through a service that has an online reader and an app. The LMS works great in the reader but the audio and resources do not workin in the iOS app. They said, "We have checked the issue and it is specific to 12.4.9 and has to be handled by the Vendor which is creating the SCORM package as audio controls need to be fixed in the package." Please advise what I should do.
