Multiple people in my org are having an issue where the menus in Storyline 360 (latest version) do not display or function correctly. I've attached some screenshots. Any ideas? Thanks!
Yes - Remote users use a VPN. We have also noticed the problem is not consistent. Sometimes the menus work as expected. We have worked with Articulate to ensure everything is whitelisted.
