I created a Graded - Multiple Response question, with 4 options. 2 of the options are correct and both should be selected to have the correct answer. I marked them in Form View.
Whatever I select, while testing, I always get the 'Incorrect'.
I found several more or less related discussions, but didn't find the answer.
I took a look and while previewing I was able to select your correct answers and be marked as correct when I did so. What I did notice though, was both the correct answers had a different "Normal" state than the others where it was white instead of the blue background.
I took a quick Peek of what I'm seeing. Perhaps what you're running into is if you unselect them on the slide stage, that actually changes their selection in Form view too and then you'd have no correct answers. They're shown as selecting while you're editing the slide so that you can easily see the answers and don't have to toggle between views.
