We have a course which was created in an earlier version of Storyline but was recently upgraded and published in Storyline 360. When the SCORM output of this course is uploaded on LMS or Scormcloud for testing, the course launches at the first go but when relaunched after visiting a few slides and exited, it returns with a blank window with white screen as attached.
