Storyline 360: Publishing a Course for CD or Other Local Media

I've published my Storyline file for CD and when I open the Launch_Story.exe file after the first time, I'm getting this box... There should be a Yes or No appearing but those boxes are empty... Not sure how to go about fixing this issue?

Hi there Jennifer! Thanks for the screenshot. 😊

First, are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? You can check by going to Help >> About Storyline. 

Also, do you have Internet Explorer installed on your computer? Internet Explorer 10 or later must be installed for the Launch_Story.exe to work properly.

If you do have the browser installed and you're still running into issues, could you share the zipped output file with me? That would be really helpful!
