I need help in understanding HOW a person can exit/shutdown/leave a training/ presentation and when they come back, they can resume where they left off.
I am not sure if there are intricacies associated with your LMS, but in your Player settings under the "Other" tab, there is a setting for "Resume" that allows you to either prompt to ask the user if they want to resume, always resume, or never resume.
