We've delivered one course to client on SumTotal LMS, while reviewing it on Win7+IE11(Desktop) there is one error caught by the client. One question on review mode shows correct and incorrect layer with same option selected. However, we're unable to replicate it at our end. I've attached the story file and the screenshots for reference.
Please let us know how to replicate this issue or to get rid of this!

I appreciate you sharing what your user is experiencing along with the project file and an image.
I published your course and viewed in the same environment you mention the user utilized and I am not able to recreate this behavior either.
