When I open Storyline 360, ever since the update yesterday, I get an error and it ask me to send a report. Additionally, the scene panel does not work. It shows no slides. I have docked and undocked, and tried to zoom in and out.
Thanks for your patience while our team fixed this up! We released an update this AM that resolved the problem where project files wouldn't always open in Storyline 360 build 3.35.20995.0.
Let us know if you have any trouble after installing the latest Build 3.35.21017.0 - especially since you mentioned some separate challenges with the scene panel. Our Support Team is standing by for one-on-one help!

Articulate are aware of this issue and recommend opening your file from within Storyline instead of from Explorer until the issue is resolved.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are running into with your project files.
As Wendy mentioned, this is an issue that we are aware of and working to correct.
In the meantime, you can open the existing projects from Storyline directly and not from Windows Explorer to avoid running into this issue.
Thanks both of you. I tried it and it worked. It is just a pain as I have hundreds of files in dozens of locations.
