I'm trying to do a screen capturing session, but on each one just after the mouse click the screen goes black. And some times the image looks garbled. I've updated SL360, restarted the computer, adjusted my resolution. None of these options have worked.
I have tried previewing one slide, one scene, and publishing out online (As I would to review the course). Nothing is working.
Reverted to Storyline 2 and it functions fine on my computer. I'll send a ticket in with screen shots/files for both version so you can see the difference.
Even the "text bubbles" that come up to show what is being clicked are incorrect in SL360.
Hi there, Karen! In Tracy's case, we found that a slide transition, when used with the modern player and screen recording, was causing a black loading screen to appear between slides. Does your setup match that description?

Hi Tracy or Leslie
Was there ever a solution to this issue as we are having the same problem.
Many thanks

If so, removing the transition, or using the classic player was the solution.
