Once you adjust the screen size, the size of the screen recording action will also resize. If you change the screen size back, you will notice that it does not adjust back to its original size. However, the video should still be available to reinsert from the Screen Recording menu. So, once you decide on your screen size, you can reinsert the video for a more optimal result.
