I'm currently working on a story sized at 720x540 (4:3). I have several screen recordings that I need to import; however, I recorded them at 1675x927. If I try to convert the recording to 720x540, the recordings are no longer full screen. Is there a way to import the recordings and make them actually match the size of the slides in my story?
I'm honestly not sure. I took the original recordings using Storyline on a client's computer, only to return to my original project and find that the aspect ratios were different. How, exactly, would you go about embedding the Storyline recordings as web objects into a different Storyline project?
You would need to save the video outside of Storyline, then upload the video to your SharePoint of web hosting platform. Then all you need is the url to the video, and embed that as a web object.

Is it possible to embed the videos as web objects playing in a new window?
This would retain the integrity of a 16:9 video while keeping your project @ 4:3.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Brandon! Looks like a mac is taking care of you here, just let us know how that suggestion works for you and if you need anything further.
Thanks a mac!
