Storyline 360 training

Hi there

I just started using Storyline 360 and am looking for training material.  I see there are videos, guides, examples, and templates but they seem to be bits and pieces (and some are previous versions of Storyline).  What I'd really like is a step by step guide to building a sample (can be simple) lesson.  For example, with Adobe Illustrator there is a book and downloadable practice files.  So I see the finished product and then I step by step build that as I learn the product.   I learn best by actually doing (vs watching).

Does Storyline 360 have something similar?  Perhaps I am just not seeing it on the site?
