Hello, I inserted 4 hotspots in a base layer with triggers to show the other layers. preview tool slide does not work anymore for this slide (I cna preview scene, but when try to enter this slide, it goes on loading, also after publishing module works ok but not this slide. It keeps loading.
hard to say what the issue is as you have only uploaded the one slide - not the slide in the scene. I don't have any problem previewing this slide - see Peek video
Hi Wendy, many thanks for your reply. I am glad that in your PC it works. So the problem shouldn't be in the slide itself (I cannot preview or see the publishing even for that one slide alone), but maybe in the PC?
I have windows10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB, maybe it is something related to it?
Hi, yes I am working from my local drive and I did publish it: everything else works but when I enter that slide it does not open it (it keeps loading it)
The problem is in text on the base layer. It is your instruction text "All three mechanisms issue recommendations!!"
Delete the text box and reinsert the text (do not copy and paste from the textbox), you can copy it and paste into notepad and then into a new textbox.

Normally happens if you have a hidden or special character on the screen, try taking some of the text off until it works in preview
