Storyline 360 unusable

I've been using a trial version of Storyline 3 and was happy with its performance. We ended up getting the full version of Storyline 360, thinking it would be the same. I've not been able to do any work because of its snail like performance. Not only is it freezing to perform simple functions, it's crashed numerous times. I'm under tight deadlines here and IT can't fix it using the suggestions on this website. It seems like there's something seriously wrong with the software, I'm going to have to go back to SL3.

I'm sorry to hear you had such trouble with Storyline 360 - as that's not at all what we'd expect. I see my colleague Ann has already processed your refund but that you also started a support case.
