Storyline Activation

Hello,
I have recently installed the latest Storyline update, which worked fine. However, when I open the programme it is telling me I am using a trial and need to activate, so I follow the steps and it tells me that my copy has been activated and I wont need to do it again.
If I close Storyline and open it again the pop up reappears, and it says I am using a trial.
Has anyone else ran into this issue?

Your license key should be pre-populated and you'll be able to click activate and continue as normal. If you don't have the key any longer or need additional assistance, please feel free to connect with our Support team.
