I have created a slide with couple animations, but I cant see to make them run at simultaneously ...
The (first) does move the "red bar" across and the second should change the image while the "red bar" is moving across (wipeout effect) but it does it after couple seconds. Not sure where to controll it.
I got it working in the attached file. Here's what it does:
The group with the red bar follows the designated motion path to the right when the timeline starts. (Just as it did in your original. However, I did delete the extraneous trigger for the other motion path.)
The image with the colored text wipes on when the timeline starts. That animation is set to match the 2 second motion path of the red bar. This gives the effect you want: the red bar seems to add the color to the image.
To make this work, I also moved the colored image so it appears above the black-and-white one.
I also deleted the exit animation from the black-and-white image.
BTW, you'll also notice that I named the objects. If you get in the habit of giving everything useful names, that will really help for troubleshooting.

WOW... Works like a dream !! Exactly how I wanted it !!
Still a bit confusing for me... But will dig into it and learn from it..
