StoryLine Animations

Hello!

I'm very new to Articulate Storyline, and I'm trying to build a slide with 5 different options to click on. When the user clicks on one of the options, I would like the other 4 options to fly out and a corresponding informational text box to fly in at the same time. When I set the animations to .50 for all 5 objects, they stall and don't animate at the same time. Do I need to set a trigger as well? Or do something with the timeline? I've tried several different things, like creating another layer and hiding objects, but I think I'm getting confused with what triggers to set to make it all work. Any help would be much appreciated!
