You mentioned in your original post that the source files seem fine and your update states that it tests fine elsewhere, so I'm not clear where the issue may be.
I took a look at the files you specified and the link I shared above plays well for me, so I want to be sure I'm testing in a similar environment so that I can help you out here.

I did not realize when I replied here that you had this post with an example.
What slide(s) are you having difficulty with? I have audio on all slides.
I thought you may have been referring to post-publish, but I tested in Review with the same results.
Just let me know and I'd be happy to look into it for you.
It is happening on multiple slides but tests fine elsewhere. Orphaned Events, Duplicating and Deleting slides. Thanks!
