Storyline course 'loses' tracking upon resuming SABA LMS session

Long time reader, first time poster.

I'm hoping that somebody may be able to assist me resolve an issue that's doing my head in. I've created a Storyline course with 14 modules (i.e. scenes) and an overarching main-menu. as users complete the modules, I use a simple variable to keep track of the fact that the user has seqnetially accessed the screens in order - simple stuff. This all works perfectly in standalone mode..... all good. Or so I thought! I published the course as SCORM 1.2 and uploaded it into my organisation's SABA LMS and that's when the problems started. Here's a breakdown of the issue, as exemplified in the feedback from teh SABA support team at the bottom:

1. A user logs in and completes a certain amount of scenes successfully, let's say 11 of the 14 modules and is now ready to start module 12.

2. User chooses to logs out of SABA, instead of doing module 12 in that session.

3. User logs into SABA and continues their previous session. Instead of being taken to the start of module 12, they are taken to then end of module 10, which is not recorded as being completed - even though it was from an Articulate perspective (on some occasions the user has been taken back to module 8, although the feedback below is only referring to a single session where things went astray at module 11) .

Make sense? If you're tech savvy, please refer to the SABA feedback below, or feel free to offer suggestions. I've tried the zip file replacement of some of the Javascript functions suggested by another post, but am scratching my head.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the content, I can't upload the actual course for you to look at - but if anybody else has encountered a similar problem with respect to Storyline & SABA tracking, I'd love to her your advice.

Tracking remains a consistent issue for Modules 11, 12, and on completion.  If the learner exits after completing Modules 11 or 12, re-launches the course and selects the option to continue from where the learner left off they will be returned to a page in the previous Module and tracking has been lost for Module 11 or 12.  If the learner completes the course and exits, no completion is recorded in the LMS and the learner remains enrolled in the course.  Tracking was also lost for Module 10 during the first run through, but this was not repeatable.  No tracking issues were seen for Modules 1-9.

After completing Module 10 and exiting, the Communications Log suspend data correctly shows 10 modules being recorded as complete.
