the storyline course plays on all servers except the local host server running win 8 which is critical for the business. i just get the loading circular spinning graphic and nothing ever happens. It just won't load and play. It was done in html because we have to connect to a SQL server to mark completions. Another course published in html with less number of variables works just fine.
I even contacted Articulate technical support and still don't have a resolution.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot and resolve? Any known windows 8 issues. I'm running the latest version of storyline. The storyline course that is working was published in a previous version.
I see that you're working on a case with Jayem (#00397719 for my reference) were you able to send him a screencast of the behavior as requested? You should have received an email from Jayem yesterday after you chatted, and if you reply to that email you'll be able to share additional information with him such as the screencast.
