Storyline Course Reviews

I inserted our PowerPoint training files into Storyline 360 and modified them to launch/deploy in our LMS.  Users who take the course provide feedback on how to improve the course.  I want to update/modify the content according to the feedback before distributing to SMEs for review.  The updates can include adding comments to specific text, rewriting portions, adding new graphics, adding an entire new slide (hide the old slide but keep it in for comparison).  Easy to do in PowerPoint.  Not so easy in Storyline. 

As I understand it, I cannot export the Storyline content back to PowerPoint.  Not sure if the Word export would help, but I cannot get the Word export to work - nothing ever displays; not even an error message (could be because we stopped using the .DOC format years ago).  The Review 360 upload only seems to collect text comments - telling me what to do but not showing me what they want - new graphic, new table, new slide, etc.  

I have considered going back to the original PowerPoint file - adding the changes made in Storyline back to PowerPoint, making revisions in PowerPoint, distributing that file for review and then re-importing the PowerPoint slides to Storyline (making the text/graphic adjustments all over again).  Do not really have the time to do this approach; too many courses involved.

Hoping for any recommendations/suggestions to make this less painful.

I think Review 360 is still your best option. It ensures all the comments and replies are in one location. 

People can attach files to their comments if they need to provide a graphic. Otherwise, you could set up a shared location (e.g., Teams, Google Docs) where people could provide files that they refer to in the Review comments. 

For comparisons, it is possible to view previous versions of a course in Review if you update the existing course when publishing. Just look for the "Current Version" drop-down under the title. 

If possible, it's nice to have a quick meeting to show folks how to use Review 360. Or, at least, provide them with basic instructions so they know that they can look at previous versions, attach files, etc.

Thanks for your response. 

Will try to figure something else out.  Our reviewers will not "re-create" a training slide to show me what changes they want to make and then upload the file to Review 360.  It's hard enough to get feedback, but if it is too involved that will not happen. 

In Storyline, I will try adding text block comments directly on the slide, duplicate slides that need major changes, and label as "original," "option 1," "option 2," etc. so all they have to do is select the change they prefer.
