We've received feedback recently from learners asking us to increase our font sizes in our courses, but they are created using 24pt font or larger and with a story size of 1920 x 1080. We publish a scorm file and upload it to our LMS, and these files are not downloadable for offline viewing. Through our investigation, we've discovered these complaints are generated from learners using large monitors, which makes the complaint worse considering they are using larger devices to see better. When using an Apple device, the font color is also being changed to a lighter shade as well as being reduced in size. Has anyone else experienced this?
I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with this! I don't see any recent reports that relate to what you're seeing with the decreasing font size on large monitors or iPads.
Would you mind sharing a short screen recording or even a sample file? This will help us understand what might be causing this error!
