Janine, under the Player window you will see the current player drop down at the top of the window, if you press that and the hit save as, you can save the current player that you have set up. Then each time you come in and want to apply that same player, you just go back there and then under open, select the custom player you created. Saves a lot of time and headaches. You will just have to rename any titles you put in is all.
In addition to what Randy shared, you can also create a custom template. This will save all of your settings and allow you to easily reuse them again in another project.
