Storyline Dial interaction

I put together a simple dial interaction and I want the learner to be able to rotate the dial back to the start value. Once the dial reaches the end value and is released the dial stops being interactive, and will not go back to previous steps on the dial. I have tried different triggers and have not been able to get the behavior I want. I'm sure I'm missing something simple, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Barbara,
It was a case of the change of states of the main text box. For two of the states, 4 and 6, the text box is over the dial, so the dial is no longer selectable.
Just move the dial up in the timeline over the text box, and it will work.
