Storyline file continuation issue on Citrix

Hi, 

I see some people had the same issue a while back but can't find a resolution so thought I would create a fresh post. 

My client is running a Storyline e-learning course which works absolutely fine on the local server.

When it is accessed via Citrix, the e-learning reaches the first screen and won't let the learner continue. 

There is also an issue with an early completion status, where they are not being able to navigate through the whole course but still marked as complete. 

Has Citrix caused these problems for anyone else or has anyone found a solution?
