[I installed the latest storyline update this morning.]
I'm close to finishing my edits for a new course. I've been saving my file to my desktop (just in case!) each time I edit a slide. Then, I republish that file to Review 360. I noticed several times today, but not always, when I republish the course, the storyline file is closing automatically. Please advise.
Hello Amy, have you attempted to publish the course using the unaltered file? If that was a success, then I guess there could be some issues with the updates that you made in the current version of your file.
Pleas go through the edits once again and check for any errors.
Have you tried publishing the copy of your project file that's saved on your desktop to see if this makes any difference? We recommend working locally when making changes to and publishing your project file as working directly on a network drive may cause some issues due to the introduction of network latency.
If you've already tried publishing locally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at it? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
