Storyline - font not publishing

My team member built a Storyline course and included a custom font. I downloaded this font, placed it in my windows font folder and then launched the .story file. I can see the font in the course, but when I preview or publish, it reverts back to a default font.
Help!
I'm on a mac with parallels 7 and Windows 7.

Hi Cynthia! There is a thread here with some basic font troubleshooting that may help you. If this does not seem to help you, you can submit your project (.story file) to us along with your font file for troubleshooting by our support team.
Ahhhhh Leslie you rock! That was totally the problem, it was installed with Articulate running. I had searched the forums but somehow missed that thread.
