I currently have Storyline 1 and was wondering.... if I get the free 30-day trial of Storyline 2, will I still have access to my Storyline 1 during the 30 days?
yes they are two different applications, SL2 won't overwrite SL1 when you install it. The thing you need to consider is that SL2 is not backward compatible.
If you have a SL2 file you cannot open it in SL1.
If you open a SL1 file in SL2 it will create a SL1 backup file and upgrade the original file to SL2 (which you then cannot open back in SL1 - but you could use the backup file if you need to)

Hope this helps
Hi Priscilla,
You may also want to review the information here in regards to upgrading your files, and you'll also want to note that by default all files will try to open in the newest version. And this is a great comparison of Storyline 1 and Storyline 2.
