Storyline freezing when publishing to Review

I am trying to publish end of the year projects to Review 360 from the latest version of Storyline 360. The process freezes when it gets to the "upload course" When I try to cancel the process, the app freezes. so far I have tried the following:

-Uninstalled, reboot, and reinstalled Storyline

-Working locally and via network

-Tried multiple files, and they all freeze at at the same point.

I'm sorry for the trouble publishing to Review 360. I'm happy to help and appreciate the troubleshooting you've already done! It sounds like this is happening to multiple projects on your end. 

Try running these steps first to fix possible installation issues. If the problem persists, you may need to contact your IT team to ensure that the domains listed here are accessible on port 443. In the meantime, you can follow the steps below to upload your courses to Review manually:
