Storyline Froze - Lost Everything

I had Storyline freeze and I forced it to close. 

When I clicked on the file name in my Documents folder, it opened the generic Storyline program landing page - no recovery option.  Now, I cannot even find the file I was working on in my Documents folder. 

I do have a "Title - Storyline Output folder" but don't know if there is anything I can recover from there. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
