"Storyline has stopped working."

It's probably an issue specific to your computer.  Be sure to submit a case.

Whenever programs act like this for me, I tend to uninstall and reinstall them.  This seems to work 80% of the time.

Try uninstalling and running ccleaner, and then reinstalling.  Sometimes these types of issues stick around because the registry stays the same even after uninstalling.
