Hello, I have struggles opening my storyline HTML version after I packed and then unpacked it from a zip7 folder. Does anyone has an idea what the reason could be? Before story.html is compressed it is opening without any problems. Thanks for you help.
Are you able to elaborate on what "not opening" means? Is there an error? A dialog box? Does a browser open? There's not a lot of information here unfortunately about visually what is happening on the screen.
The browser is opening, but the file is not loading. I think that the file adress should turn into a webadress or something similar, but that's not happening. I tried it with every browser but the issue is always the same. There is no dialogbox or any other feedback, just the loading sign, which stops moving after a few minutes.

Can you tell me how you've published the Storyline content?
For example, if you've published the content to the web and expect the link to open in a web browser, you need to first upload the content to a web server prior to opening the link:
