Storyline Icon hover text

Is there a reason why when you hover-over an icon in Storyline, the name of the icon does not appear? Is there a way to make that happen? For example, when I hover-over the Home icon I've inserted, I want the word Home (or whatever I enter) to appear. What am I missing? I need the hover caption to appear when the course publishes to HTML and LMS output. I've publshed to both and it does not happen. Thanks!

You could add this as a hover state

Highlight the image.
Got to the "States" tab.
"Edit states".
Highlight "Hover"
Add the text above the image in the slide body
Finish editing states.
The word will now appear when you Hover.
