Has anyone ever had an issue where a file in Storyline completely locks up. I ccan open the file, but when I try to preview the sceneor a slide, it never moves past preparing the slide. When I try to publish, it does a quick blip and then stops. My other Storyline files work fine, not sure what to do to fix this.
I think I have figured out the issue. It seems that the help file I created in the master slides does not like markers. I removed all of those and now the course is progressing as designed. Hmmm I will have to figure out another way to have help that can be accessed from any where in the course.
