Select the scene or slide, then click Delete heading below the menu. Scenes or slides you remove from the menu will still be part of your course; they just won't show in the menu.
If you delete a title that has sublevel items below it, Storyline will give you the option to keep or remove those items.
Hi - thanks for your response, Ashley. I may be over looking something - I'm using 360 and cannot find that view (in your first screen shot). Where's it hidden?

Here's how -

Those screenshots and this tutorial are for Storyline 2, but it'll be similar steps for Storyline3/360.
