Storyline & Moodle

First off I am a user not a builder. My technical knowledge of the details associated with running my content on an LMS (Moodle 2.4.5 in this case) is limited.

Here is my problem.

We use Moodle as our LMS. Content is created and when published html functionality is marked. Then the content is uploaded to moodle and runs mostly well. However with so many new browser updates we have run into some issue that our Moodle provider thinks are SCORM related.

1. Firefox requires an update to Java 7

When running a course via firefox the reporting is not operating correctly without first updating Java to Java 7. a user can take the content but it will not report.

2. Chrome Flash Player 12

When running a course via Chrome the reporting is not operating correctly without first updating Flash player to Flash Player 11. A user can take the content but it will not report.

What can i do to further investigate this issue and how can i begin to trouble shoot? I really need some help. Thanks
