We are facing one problem with our elearning course developed in storyline (published for flash output). The issue is have an intermittent occurrence. Please see scenario below,
If learners appear to get the assessment wrong several times, after which when they finally do pass the assessment, the LMS doesn’t update their record correctly and they stay ‘in progress’ even though they’ve finished the course.'
Have you looked into this article on troubleshooting common LMS issues? You'll want to also test the course at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content and then reach out to your LMS if the behavior does not exist there.
In our LMS, a user has to be reset if they fail a lesson 3 times. After the 3rd fail, nothing is recorded until their account is reset for that lesson. Stops people from just going click-click-click.
