Storyline not previewing or publishing Feb 22, 2019 By Mohammed Yasser I'm having trouble previewing or publishing this Storyline file. It tends to crash and throw an error whenever I attempt to preview/publish it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Additionally, I'm unable to import the slides into a new project file. So odd! I've opened a case with our Support team so we can dig deeper. You should hear back from one of our engineers shortly with some next steps! To help our team in the meantime, what version of Storyline are you using? You can find this detail by clicking on the Help tab, then About Storyline.
