Storyline not uploading for review

Hi,
I seem to be having an issue trying to upload my project for review with the articulate 360 publishing option. I have previously published it this way on the same project but now that this project has increased in size (dramatically) it seems to progress to the uploading stage of the publishing process and cannot progress further.
I have tried waiting maybe 4 hours for something to happen just to see if it is due to the sheer size of my project but I don't get an increase in the blue upload bar it just stays on 0%. My internet connection is good with decent speeds so I'm not sure what the issue could be and I can't update the review version of my project due to this problem. :(

Have you tried another project file to see if it works?
Have you tried creating a new project file and importing the slides in and uploading.

I had a go at importing it into another project and uploading from there but this also hasn't worked, I have the same result. Is there some sort of file size cap? The project is extremely large is the thing.

Does this mean that you are unable to replicate the issue on a smaller project file?

No problems however I do not think it is a problem with the project itself as I have tested it on many other projects and my other colleagues are having this issue too. However, I was able to upload the project while I was at home but on the work wifi and ethernet connections (which is great internet) we still have the issue.
any ideas?

It sounds like it may be an issue within your work network and/or firewall. Can you take a look at this article and allowlist the domains needed for Articulate 360?
