I am new to using the Articulate tools and was uncertain as to if I needed Storyline in order to configure a percentage completed and time a slide was viewed tracking options.
Currently, I do not have Storyline but I do have the Studio which includes Engage, Presenter and the Quizmaker.

Presenter '13 communicates course completion to a learning management system (LMS) as soon as the learner meets the completion requirement—i.e., either when they reach the designated quiz result slide or when they've viewed the required number of slides.
To use the quiz result, you'd need to have included a quiz from Quizmaker.
