Storyline player crashing

Occasionally my Storyline courses, which I currently host using Google Drive, will stall or crash and refreshing the page will result in a 404 message, forcing the viewer to reenter the url or re-click the corresponding link. I can't think of a reason this should occur. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

Now that you mention it, it doesn't seem to be an issue with Dropbox. That's good, though obviously I'd like to clear up whatever the issue is with Google Drive. Here's the drive link: bit.do/c217lesson04. I've tested that one on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, and on both a Mac and PC. (Dropbox for comparison: http://bit.do/bmEnQ)

Thanks Zac for sharing those links here. I opened the Google drive one and left it there for about the last hour while I navigated through other browser tabs in Chrome and in new browsers in Firefox as well (latest versions of each on a PC) and I revisited the page and was able to navigate through using the player navigation buttons and the menu as well. I didn't run into any 404 errors with that version. 

Could there be security restrictions where you're accessing it that'll cause content like this to time out or need to be reloaded? Perhaps overall internet connection issues? I'm guessing a bit at this point...especially since in works in Dropbox.
