So, I have a student who keeps trying to access Storyline videos. He's tried multiple different browsers and keeps getting the same problem (the video is greyed out and won't play).
I'm going to attach the image he sent me along with what it should look like when it loads. I just don't know what to tell him.
Unfortunately, I built this course a number of years ago when I had Storyline 360 and now I only have Storyline 3, so I can't just export the file as a video. I really wish Articulate would hurry up and add that feature to Storyline 3.
The play button means there is a video on the first slide, but a learner should see the video after pressing play. Which browser are you using where the file loads appropriately? Has the learner tried that specific browser as well?
I'd also recommend trying a Private Window to see if that does the trick.
Do you mind also sharing the link, so I test it on my end?
