Storyline: Published project not showing videos (MP4s) on server

So this is a bit hard to explain but I'll try my best. 

I've published a simple presentation, that begins with a simple intro fly-in text animation, followed by a screen recording I did with Storyline. When I open the story.html file from my computer, it works fine. 

We have a web server that we use at the office that we can use for testing purposes and when I load the files onto the site (which is a server running IIS 7 if that makes a difference) and run the presentation, the intro text with animation loads fine, however, any video files (mp4) will not play. I've tried this multiple times and get the same result. I have attached a demo video of this showing me first opening the file from my computer, and then opening the file from the location on the web server. 

Side question, why is my screen fuzzy? All of my screen recordings are fuzzy.
