I have a file that we created for a client that they now want disaggregated and the portion that is cut out (it is not interactive) put on their YouTube channel. Is there an easier way than doing a screen capture to save the file as an mp4?
Oh no! Corruption is a tough one to track down. We recommend working locally on all of your project and project files to prevent corruption. Nicole has a great article with many tips that you can check out here.
All of the options for publishing and sharing your content is found in this documentation.
It sounds like you may not be hosting the content, so I would look at publishing to CD for local viewing.
By live presenter, I was thinking classroom style. So, a presenter could have the content on a projector and walk through the material as a learner would if they were leading a classroom. It was merely an idea :)
Thank you Alyssa for replying, I just published the content web and emailed the content for the receivers to download on their local drive and unzip the file then click on the html5 link. It seems to work :)
