I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out why my results slide is generating an incorrect score for my quiz. I have all quiz quesitons set to 10 points, there are 10 questions (I originally had 11 but deleted 1 so that it would be an even 10 points/question), and the passing score is 80. All questions are checked off to include in the results slide I've gotten all questions correct but I'm still generating a 40 as a score. I'm sure this is something obvious but I'm not catching it. Any ideas???
This type of issue is a little difficult to investigate without seeing the course. This is because we cannot see the triggers you're using, the questions or the results slides, etc.
Are you able to post the .STORY file here, so I can check it out? Or if you'd like, you're welcome to send it to us privately.
Looks like we got it. I was able to find the case (#00340788 for my reference). You should receive an email confirmation and a response from our support team as well.
