What version of Storyline are you using? We've seen issues with screen recording capturing on odd display when you're using a different DPI setting in the monitors and laptop screens. Can you check your DPI settings? We'd typically recommend using 100% or 96 DPI.
Have you also tried disconnecting from one or both of the monitors?

Hi Ashley,
I'm using Storyline 360 v3.11.14249.0.
Changing the DPI settings to 100% seems to have worked.
I did see this as a solution but thought something less intrusive might be available.
(My fonts and texts are now very small for my ageing eyes)
