Storyline SCORM Player Loads but No Content Displays

Last year I created a SCORM using Articulate Storyline 2 and the .zip was loaded into our LMS. It worked great for about 1 year until recently when I had to make one minor change to one of the resources that was originally linked in the course and changed instead, to a pdf upload. I saved the course after making the minor change and it plays perfectly with Storyline when "Previewed", but once the file is "Published" for LMS and uploaded into the LMS, the player loads, but none of the content for the course displays.
The .zip file and Storyline output files are saved in a C:\ folder directly on my hard drive (not in a cloud drive)
NOTE: I also upgraded it to Articulate 360 on 3/6/19 after seeing the announcement on the community home page regarding issues with Chrome and Safari browsers displaying images and am still experiencing the same issue with no content being visible after loading it into the LMS and other SCORM Tracker/Testing software. It also doesn't seem to be working in IE any longer.
Below are the default settings set for this course:
Include HTML5 output (checked)
Use Articulate Mobile Player for iOS or Android (checked)
Player: Storyline Player
Quality: Optimized for standard delivery
Tracking: Results slide (8.2 Results slide)
Output Options LMS SCORM 1.2
This is what I see when I Preview in Storyline:
Once we upload the updated zip to the LMS and Launched the Course this is what displays. No content - Not Working
I also created another new Test file (attached) just to see if I would have the same issue with a brand new SCORM created i--and the issue still exists where the content displays perfectly in Preview mode in Storyline, but no content or images display at all in the LMS. I have attached the Test file in case anyone can figure out the issue. Any assistance or insight is greatly appreciated.

Even the sample file you shared above is not working in your LMS? I uploaded your zipped published output directly to SCORM Cloud here and it's working as expected:
Take a look at my link above and let me know if that's working for you as well. If not, please let me know what environment and browser you are using.
Thank you. Oddly enough I changed it to SCORM 2004 and uploaded it to our LMS and received a bunch of error messages. I re-published it again as SCORM 1.2 for the 19th time and uploaded it again and it finally worked. Not sure what the issue was, but I got it working now.
