I currently use Snagit for screen capture images. The image quality is not so good, especially if you re-size the image, even scaling down from a large image.
What is image quality of Storyline's screen capture feature? And are there any limitations regarding re-sizing image within Storyline?
I generally use Snagit, but I would say Storyline's screen capture is on par. It has less editing features than Snagit, but I'd say the scaling is pretty much the same. Scaling pictures is always tricky though.
It's comparable to SnagIt in my experience with it. I tend to use SnagIt as my default screen capture tool because there are so many quick editing features with it. For the more advanced editing, I will usually bring the SnagIt capture into Fireworks or Photoshop.

+1 SnagIt. I don't think there's much more you can do with PNG, JPGs etc in terms of scaling quality. They're not vectors after all.
