Could you please tell me which format I should save a screen capture in to get the best quality image when inserting and publishing to StoryLine? jpeg, pdf, Word, ..?
I'm guessing you're referring to screenshots/captures. Is that correct? If so, I recommend inserting PNG images. Personally, I've had the best experience with this format.
It may also help to check the quality settings in your project, to ensure your settings are high enough for the quality you want to use when you publish and create your project.
To check this, click on "Publish" followed by "Quality: Customization link":
